Refund Policy

Withdrawing from the program prior to the end of the semester does not release you from your financial obligation. Each enrollment represents a reserved student placement; therefore, tuition is due in full regardless of attendance or continued participation.

No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, except in the event that we fail to provide the contracted educational services.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:

Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Notice must be provided at the start of the semester. Tuition adjustments may be arranged in alignment with the student’s relocation timeline.

Life-or-death situations or medical emergencies: Documentation may be required.
