Get ready to dig into an awesome story! In this 4-week class, we’ll read Holes by Louis Sachar and tackle fun, creative writing projects based on the book. Each week, we’ll answer m thought-provoking questions with short writing responses -- building critical thinking skills while we go on an adventure with Stanley Yelnats and the gang at Camp Green Lake.

We’ll explore characters, setting, and themes (like fate and friendship), all while improving grammar, spelling, and writing confidence. To top it off, we’ll finish the class with a movie day where we’ll watch Holes together and compare it to the book!
