Payment Policy:
Tuition is due for the full semester at the time of enrollment. Partial payments may be arranged, but the full balance must be paid by the semester deadline. Withdrawal does not release families from financial obligations, except in the case of a pending or upcoming Permanent Change of Station (PCS).

By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a smooth, productive, and enriching semester for every student.

Single Course Enrollment at ITAV Enrichment Centers

Our single course enrollment option gives students the flexibility to choose one course while still experiencing the quality and depth of ITAV’s programs. While our full semester is billed monthly like a subscription, this a-la-carte option is a one time fee that covers a single class for the entire semester.

ENROLLMENT FEE

The $100 enrollment fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment that covers administrative processing and is valid for the entire semester—you will not need to pay again this semester. Families enrolling a second child still pay $100, and the fee is reduced to $80 for a third child and beyond.

What’s Included:

  • Full access to the selected course for the semester

  • All course materials and resources

  • Participation in school events and enrichment opportunities

Best For:
Families seeking focused academic or enrichment growth in a single area while still engaging with ITAV’s supportive and dynamic learning environment.

Semester Commitment and Learning Philosophy:
Our courses are designed with the full semester in mind. Consistent attendance ensures continuity of learning, skill development, and community engagement. We do not assign grades, emphasizing deep learning, personal growth, and the development of independent critical thinkers. While we can assist with transcript preparation, final grading is the responsibility of the parent.

Required Materials:
For our composition class, students should come prepared with pencils, two notebooks, two binders, and all assigned books.

Completing readings and assignments is essential for meaningful participation and class discussion.

Use of AI:
Students are discouraged from using AI to complete assignments or correct writing. AI can be a helpful tool, but it cannot replace independent thinking and creativity—the core focus of ITAV courses.
