Refining Leaders Full Semester Program

Our Refining Leaders Program brings together trusted partners and expert-designed classes to equip middle and high school students with the skills and mindset needed for lasting success. Combining leadership development focused on purpose, integrity, emotional awareness, and community with practical financial literacy rooted in timeless wisdom, students build a strong foundation for adulthood.

With added support like exam prep and dual credit options (coming soon), this program prepares young leaders to confidently navigate college, careers, and life.

1. Strive Now – PURPOSE EVERY DAY
   Founded by Israel Castro, a West Point graduate, Army veteran, and El Paso leader, Strive Now empowers teens to live with purpose by connecting character, career, and community. Through mentorship and meaningful experiences, students discover their “why,” break down barriers, and build the confidence to thrive in life, not just succeed—becoming community leaders who make a lasting impact.

Enrollment Fee:
A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee applies to cover administrative processing for the semester. Second children remain $100, and the fee is reduced to $80 for third children and beyond.

Semester Commitment:
Our classes are designed for the full semester. Consistent attendance ensures continuity of learning, skill development, and community engagement. While we can assist with transcript preparation, final grading is the responsibility of the parent.

Tuition Policy:
Full semester tuition is due upon enrollment. Partial payments are available, but the full balance must be paid by the semester deadline. Withdrawals do not release families from financial obligations, except for pending or upcoming Permanent Change of Station (PCS).
